Shipping information

We currently only ship (Domestic) within the US 


Order Fulfillment 
*All orders will be fulfilled through USPS*
Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be processed. If we are experiencing a large influx of orders, wait times may be extended. (We are a small 2 person small business - Please allow us some time to process your orders!)
After your order is processed, it will be dropped off at the post office for delivery where shipping times will depend on which shipping method was selected.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation via email. If you did not receive it, please check your promotions or spam folders.

once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will be emailed a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking to be scanned in and updated by the post office.

Shipping Address Errors
Please make sure your shipping address is correct upon checkout. You will be responsible for paying any additional shipping fees if your package was returned to us due to incorrect information. If you forgot to put  additional information such as an apartment number, please contact us with your order number as soon as possible! We cannot change any information if your order has already been shipped out!

Returns and Exchanges  
We currently will only accept returns and exchanges for domestic (US) orders only.

We do not refund shipping on orders. Once you return or exchange any order, the whole order is considered final sale and no further exchanges or returns may be made.

**Items must in the same bought condition for an acceptable exchange.

**If you have been sent a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date 

**Sale/clearance items are considered final sale and do not qualify for returns or exchange

Missing or Lost Packages
We will not be responsible for any missing or lost packages delivered through shipping services and therefore cannot replace or refund these orders. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping service used (USPS) to file a missing claim or for assistance in locating your goods. Sometimes packages can be misdelivered to a neighbor or mismarked as delivered by the postal worker without actually dropping it off.
